• Shift : 12-hour nights (6 : 45 PM – 7 : 15 AM)\n
• Hours per Week : 36 (guaranteed)\n
• Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n
• Number of Positions : 2\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay : $1810–$1940\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) or ER nursing experience\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) required\n
• Current ER skills checklist (within 1 year)\n
• 2 supervisory references with employment dates\n
• Work history and permanent address (must be outside a 50-mile radius of Vandalia, IL)\n\nER Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in the Emergency Room setting\n
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the healthcare team during assigned shifts\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care\n
