About The Position

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4 : 30pm with rotating weekends every 5th week
• Call coverage : 1 Sunday per 5 weeks
• Primarily general weakness, back pain, and orthopedic knee patients
• Home health setting
• PTA support available for routine visits
• Performs admissions, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required
• Travel experience preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
