Base pay range

$55.00 / hr - $62.00 / hr

Job Summary : As our Apparel Designer II , you'll report directly to the Women's Golf & Tennis Design Director , working with design leadership and our Expert Designer to actively gain experience, enhance design skills, and increase knowledge of the brand's design philosophy, products, and processes. You'll also collaborate with category team members in design, development, business, and merchandising to ensure feasibility of designs, meeting price points, merchandising needs, and product creation timelines. Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Apparel / Fashion Design or a related design field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in apparel / fashion design.
• Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends across sport, youth, and culture, with the ability to translate insights into product opportunities.
• Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and compelling visual storytelling in presentations and communications.
• Adaptability to change and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Proficiency in sketching, illustration, typography, print and pattern, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of apparel product creation.
• Digital design skills in Adobe CC Suite and familiarity with 3D Digital Creation Tools (e.g., CLO).
• Ability to embrace diverse perspectives while fostering an inclusive environment.
• Passion for empowering athletes and bringing their visions to life.
