Overview
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to own and grow a territory across multiple product lines—including wireless wholesale, restaurant supply, and produce. This role is pure outside sales : meeting customers face-to-face, building long-term partnerships, and expanding a book of business through hustle, consistency, and real service.

Customer Relationships & Territory Management
Visit clients regularly across an assigned geographic territory (multi-state travel required).Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Provide top-tier service, follow-up, and support across wireless, wholesale foodservice, and produce product lines.Sales Growth & Business Development
Develop and execute strategies to hit and exceed sales targets.Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calls, warm leads, referrals, and in-person visits.Grow assigned accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and consistent relationship management.Product Expertise & Presentation
Maintain strong working knowledge of all product categories (wireless, equipment, restaurant goods, produce).Present and demonstrate products clearly, confidently, and tailored to customer needs.Field questions, solve problems, and propose solutions that help customers operate more efficiently.Operational & Admin Duties
Use CRM tools to track leads, orders, customer notes, sales activity, and follow-ups.Process customer requests, quotes, invoices, returns, and credits as needed.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategy.Communicate regularly with internal teams (inside sales, operations, warehouse, purchasing).Physical & Travel Requirements
Frequent driving for client visits; ability to travel across state lines.Able to lift up to 25 lbs for samples or displays.Comfortable being on your feet, moving between vehicles, customer sites, and vendor locations.Qualifications : Required
Proven experience in sales (outside sales preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Comfortable with cold calling and meeting new people.Ability to handle fast-paced environments and problem-solve on the fly.CRM proficiency and solid computer skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.Bilingual (Spanish & English)Preferred
Experience in wholesale, produce, wireless, or related industries.Familiarity with the territory or existing customer base.Compensation
Hourly or salary base (DOE), plus commission.Growth potential tied directly to your book of business.
