Senior Technical Recruiter
We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale Engineering and Product Management at Hims & Hers. You'll own full-cycle hiring for Senior to Principal ICs and Manager to VP leaders; stay ahead of headcount and leveling by partnering with leadership; build scalable programs across Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and Hiring Excellence groups; and identify and close force-multiplier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You'll run structured, values-aligned processes - adaptability, humble collaboration, ownership, and bias for action, that improve talent density across the org.
