Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : In addition to supporting the clerical work for the maintenance department the Maintenance Apprentice will be trained to complete lite repair work within the facility. Assist with full maintenance inventory management ordering parts scheduling / entering Preventative Maintenance (PMs) completing PMs organizational task etc. Complete tasks in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Train and learn how to complete lite repair work within the facility maintain and perform preventive / predictive maintenance tasks. Skills Required : Intermediate math skills Computer skills Tablet / iPad skills Microsoft Office Suite (required); Navision Software experience (preferred). Accounting skills a plus. Qualifications : High school diploma (or equivalent); basic maintenance knowledge and customer service skills including telephone. 2 years experience utilizing hand tools in a mechanically related position. 1 year experience in an administrative or purchasing position. Typing sitting walking frequent lifting (up to 50lbs) bending twisting climbing and frequent standing. Primarily in a bakery manufacturing setting office setting.
