We currently have an opportunity for you to join our Insurance Tax practice as a Manager, focusing on captive insurance tax engagements.

In this role, you will oversee preparation and delivery of captive insurance tax consulting memos and tax opinions, captive insurance feasibility studies, financial statement audits, and review of tax returns. You will also be responsible for relationship management.

To qualify for the role, you must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of tax experience, CPA or licensed attorney is required, and strong knowledge of ASC 740 and SSAP 101. Additionally, experience working in OneSource and / or Corptax environments is a must, and experience with captive insurance companies is a bonus.
