Job description

IVA'AL Federal, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert supporting USCIS. The Senior Analyst will ensure that schedules, performance parameters, and reporting responsibilities are met. This role is ideal for an experienced data analyst with strong technical and communication skills who can provide high-level support in statistical analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

Essential Functions

Collaborate with a team including Senior Analysts, Analyst IIII, and a Senior Consultant.

Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

Write reports and conduct statistical analyses.

Apply strong analytical skills to coordinate projects, tasks, and goals in alignment with client expectations.

Technical Experience Required

Data extraction using SQL (SAS, Databricks) .

Calculating descriptive statistics on datasets.

Creating data visualizations using Excel, Tableau .

Reviewing code and analysis results for accuracy and completeness.

Reviewing deliverables for formatting standards and requirements.

Recommending actionable improvements to existing data extraction, analysis, and reporting processes.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in mathematics, economics, demography, statistics, quantitative studies, or a related social science field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis or research related to populations, migration, or domestic immigration.

At least 2 years of experience conducting statistical analysis, research, and report writing in academia or government.

Expert-level experience with Excel, SAS, R, Python, or Databricks .

Proficiency with Tableau is MANDATORY.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

U.S. Citizenship required.
