Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities :
- Acquire and maintain skill certifications to properly use forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks, as well as tilt tables, weight scales, battery exchange, and stretch wrap or other equipment.
- Perform routine pre-operational checks of forklifts daily and clean as needed in accordance with checklist.
- Locate and distribute materials to departments as directed.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts as directed.
- Accurately prepare, input, and process various reports, paperwork, or other administrative duties in a timely manner, either manually or with a computer using programs such as TMM, Word, Excel, and e-mail.
- Properly document all material movements.
- Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and report deficiencies or problems to supervisor or purchasing department.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills :
Skill certifications in forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks.Proficiency in using tilt tables, weight scales, battery exchange, and stretch wrap equipment.Experience with inventory cycle counts.Ability to prepare, input, and process reports using TMM, Word, Excel, and e-mail.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Comply with the EHS Policy and applicable regulatory and company EHS rules and requirements.Prompt reporting of any unsafe conditions, practices, or environmental concerns to supervision.Attend scheduled EHS trainings.Actively assist the organization in achieving or surpassing EHS goals.Demonstrate safe work habits by adhering to general safety procedures, including correct techniques for lifting and bending, maintaining proper ergonomics, using equipment correctly, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures, including the enforcement of Lockout / Tagout (LO / TO) procedures.Follow Product Safety and Quality standards, GMP's regarding food contact packaging, and IPC product defense standards.Comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
