Job descriptionBase compensation based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and / or training. Premium pay for shift differentials and on-call duties. Incentive pay for select roles. Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 : 30 AM) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Schedule Requirement : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule Weekend Requirement : 1 weekend per 6-week schedule Holiday Requirement : 2 holidays (1 summer & 1 winter) Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence. Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN (2 years preferred). Flexibility : Must meet the following schedule : 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks. Receive training in : ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NIHSS (Stroke Scale) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training to enhance leadership skills. Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Completion of an accredited nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Strong patient care focus and ability to manage clinical situations effectively. Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration and team-building aptitude.
