Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.

• Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients' homes and care facilities.
• Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Use EMR systems for documentation and educate patients / caregivers on wound management.
• Contribute to care planning to reduce rehospitalizations and complications.
• Qualifications include Virginia licensure, with wound care experience preferred but training available.
• Strong assessment, communication skills, and reliable transportation required.
