Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.

• Provide advanced wound evaluations, treatments, and follow-up in various settings.
• Perform bedside procedures like debridement and dressing changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Utilize EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and care.
• Contribute to reducing rehospitalizations and complications.

Qualifications include Virginia licensure, preferred wound care and home health experience, strong assessment skills, and reliable transportation. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay ($55-$70 / hr), health benefits, and ongoing training.
