Create a positive work environment to promote sales and retain top talent. Manage financial and operational performance to meet or exceed company goals / metrics. Promote guest service proactively and handle restaurant-level issues / complaints. Source, interview, and select top talent from various pools to meet staffing needs. Lead by example through performance management, training, coaching, and role modeling. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and legal regulations. Complete other duties as assigned by Area Manager. Obtain a SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of hire. At least 2 years of supervisory / management experience in QSR with P&L responsibilities. Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Effective communication skills in English. Intermediate computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must meet physical demands such as standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. Occasionally lift / move up to 50 pounds. Work environment includes moderate noise levels typical of a restaurant and exposure to weather conditions. The General Manager is the leader of the Front and Back of the House teams and has full business responsibility for a QSR restaurant. S / he represents the brand within the community and develops the team, including AGM, Shift Supervisors, and restaurant staff covering BOH and FOH responsibilities.
