Job descriptionTrain and develop instructional staff. Lead collaborative, high-energy staff meetings and training sessions. Foster a growth-oriented culture with clear, attainable performance goals. Create personalized learning plans for each student. Monitor progress and address learning challenges promptly. Implement the Mathnasium curriculum to fit individual learning styles. Organize community events, such as Math Nights, to promote engagement. Maintain open communication through regular progress updates and calls. Address parent concerns quickly and effectively. Present Mathnasium's value to prospective families with confidence. Drive lead conversion by engaging with prospective families and following up on trials. Track performance metrics and execute strategies to grow enrollment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong math skills and a passion for teaching math to students of all ages. Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. Experience in education, tutoring, or center management preferred. Full-time position, up to 40 hours per week, with flexible schedule. Competitive hourly rate ($22 / hr) + performance bonuses. Flexible paid time off. Professional development opportunities. We're seeking a Center Manager for Mathnasium of Westfield to lead daily operations, inspire our team of instructors, and ensure every student receives a high-quality, individualized learning experience.
