Matrix Providers is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in Jacksonville, FL.

Employment Status : Full-time

Compensation : This position is for an IC and is paid hourly, bi-weekly.

Schedule : Services shall be provided between the hours of 6 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday. Shifts will be 8.5 hours, including an uncompensated 30-minute meal break, and will be scheduled flexibly across department operating hours.

Requirements :

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) must have and meet the following :

• Degree : Master's degree in nursing.
• Education : Graduate from an academic program approved by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs (COA).
• Certification : Certified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) or the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Experience : Demonstrated clinical competency within the past two years in the required clinical discipline.
• Licensure : Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse anesthetist.
