Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Delivery Lead (Charlotte) to join their team. As a Delivery Lead (Charlotte), you will be part of the Global Human Resources Technology department supporting various project activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Manage and coordinate project activities including semi-annual Feature Releases and downstream initiatives.

Partner with business teams to understand use cases and optimize processes for improved reporting.

Ensure all changes adhere to Enterprise Change Management standards and facilitate the process for partners.

Become a subject matter expert of the Workday application and support Agile processes.

Plan, coordinate, and manage dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ability to navigate organizational boundaries with limited information to achieve successful outcomes.

Experience interacting with business leaders, vendors, and internal technology teams.

Strong prioritization and time management skills in high-pressure environments.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
