Job descriptionCrew Members / General Laborers No experience required. Training provided. Experienced Landscaping Professionals Skilled in lawn care, hardscaping, and project support. Crew Leaders / Foremen Experienced leaders ready to run projects and manage crews. Complete hands-on lawn care, landscaping, and hardscaping work. Assist with grading and drainage improvements. Participate in seasonal snow removal during winter months. Maintain safe, clean job sites and equipment. For leaders : supervise crews, ensure efficiency, and uphold company quality standards. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Ability to work outdoors in varied weather. Lift 50+ lbs and perform physically active work. Landscaping experience (preferred for advanced roles). Drivers license and reliable transportation. $15$22 / hr based on experience and role. Year-round employment with consistent hours. Career advancement paths to Crew Lead and Foreman. Hands-on training with premium equipment and projects. Supportive team culture where professionalism and growth are encouraged.
