About The Position

Location : Bridgeport, West Virginia, USA Specialty : Med Surg Type : Travel Schedule : 4x12s Nights Time : 13 Weeks

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Bridgeport, West Virginia. This contract offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $3,240 , based on four 12-hour night shifts per week , providing an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a respected medical facility known for its supportive environment and strong clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel MedSurg Registered Nurse :

  • Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with varying diagnoses
  • Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and patient families to optimize care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Promote patient safety and advocate for high-quality outcomes
  • Support patients through pre- and post-operative recovery as needed

    • Requirements of the Travel MedSurg Registered Nurse :

  • Active RN license (West Virginia or compact state)
  • BLS certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg RN experience in an acute care hospital
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
