OTR (Occupational Therapist) Chelsea, MA

Let’s face it : You didn’t go into occupational therapy to sit in traffic or work under fluorescent lights all day. At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we get it — because we’re clinician-owned. That means more flexibility, less red tape, and a whole lot more support for what really matters. We’re looking for a Part Time OTR (Occupational Therapist) who wants to help people regain independence in the comfort of their homes in the Chelsea residential area of Massachusetts.

    • What You'll Do :

  • Create personalized, functional treatment plans that focus on what matters most to your patients — independence.
  • Complete home safety evaluations (aka make homes easier to live in without turning into a renovation show).
  • Educate patients and caregivers like the OT superstar you are.
  • Keep documentation efficient and straightforward with our user-friendly EMR system.
  • Make a genuine impact — and get to see the difference you make.

    What We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed OTR (Occupational Therapist) in Massachusetts
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate when needed
  • Experience with EMRs preferred (we promise ours isn’t a nightmare)
  • Home health experience is a bonus, but we’ll help you ramp up either way
