Recruiting Director / Regional Recruiting Manager

Unified Public Advocacy (UPA) is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization helping families and businesses recover after fires, storms, and other catastrophic events. We operate in 37 states, supporting a network of licensed adjusters, outreach professionals, and restoration partners who serve communities when they need it most. We are seeking a Recruiting Director / Regional Recruiting Manager with leadership experience and a passion for helping others succeed. The right person will build, lead, and manage a team of recruiters and field outreach agents nationwide individuals who begin as Outreach Trainees while enrolled in the Academy of Adjusters Pre-Licensing and Apprenticeship Program. This is a rare opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the drive to scale a mission-driven national organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow UPA's national recruiting program for outreach agents and adjuster apprentices.
• Develop, coach, and oversee regional recruiters and field agents.
• Coordinate with the Academy of Adjusters to guide trainees through pre-licensing and certification.
• Set and track performance goals, onboarding metrics, and retention outcomes.
• Support outreach and workforce initiatives in collaboration with state workforce programs (CareerLink, Apprenticeship offices, etc.).
• Represent UPA's mission to community partners, fire departments, and emergency-response professionals.
