Who We Need

We’re building the future of accounting and finance software, and we need a dynamic Engineering Manager to help us get there. You'll lead one of our product feature teams through an exciting growth phase, working side‑by‑side with our CTO, product, and design teams to create industry‑defining solutions. This is a rare opportunity to shape both the technical direction and team culture at Rillet from the ground up. While we offer flexible work arrangements, we’re looking for someone excited about helping us build our presence in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City as we grow, whether that’s through occasional office time, team gatherings, or local hiring efforts.
