  • Provide comprehensive medical care to residents admitted to the facility, ensuring high standards of patient care and well-being.
  • Conduct scheduled visits to assess residents' health status and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Perform medical evaluations and treatment for new admissions, ensuring timely documentation and charting of medical records.
  • Collaborate with and supervise assigned Advance Practice Provider(s) in providing patient care during on-site visits and on-call hours.
  • Address residents' health concerns, promptly responding to changes in their condition and collaborating with facility staff to adjust care plans as needed.
  • Review and provide recommendations for medication management, collaborating with the pharmacy to ensure safe and effective pharmaceutical care for residents.
