Job description

Position : Flipside After School Care Staff

Reports to : Director of After School Programs and Summer Camps

Mission : Committed to Jesus Christ, North Cobb Christian School provides a biblically based, academically excellent education in a nurturing environment, developing students' potential to impact their world for Christ.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma
Love working with children
Experience working with groups of children
Highly energetic, creative, and flexible
CPR Trained (preferred)

The ability to listen and respond to counsel.

Hours and Duties :

Monday - Friday, 2 pm-6 : 30 pm

Comply with policies as stated in the Employee Agreement and in the Employee Handbook.

Check students in or out of summer camp, supervise children inside games / activities, and prep and clean up for camp.

Know the proper ways to deal with disruptive or disobedient behavior

Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment.

Know the procedures for dealing with issues of an emergency nature.
