What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within a technology-focused location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain detailed records of activities, observations, and incidents encountered during patrols and / or while on post.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Support Allied Universal in upholding site-specific protocols and procedures tailored to a technology, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
