HOURS : Monday through Friday between 7 : 45 - 5 : 15 PM and rotating Saturdays 8 : 45 - 12 : 15 PM

As a full time, Customer Service Representative at Peoples State Bank, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering service excellence while conducting a variety of financial transactions for our valued customers. Your day will be filled with opportunities to shine, as you ensure that all collection and disbursement functions are handled with care and professionalism. You'll use your discretion, judgment, and initiative to efficiently address transaction inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and seize cross-selling opportunities that benefit our customers. A high school diploma or equivalent is a must, but having experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales will give you an extra edge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are vital, as you'll be engaging with customers daily. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
