Sr. Contract Administrator

Contract Negotiator

This position will be responsible providing critical support to our field sales organization related to review of customer sales / service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, formal bid responses, and other general customer correspondence. You will business partner regularly with our legal, senior management, strategic accounts and risk management departments as well as our order services, finance, and sales teams. This is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite at our Milford location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Draft, evaluate, propose and negotiate alternative terms taking into account both the needs and expectations of our customers while minimizing our business risk and meeting our corporate objectives.
• Negotiate directly with customer's contracts / procurement staff ensuring incorporation of input from legal and other respective groups within the company and ensure timely review, approval and turnaround of contracts.
• Work with Finance and order services to ensure adherence to broader requirements such as revenue recognition, pricing and discounting policies, compliance with internal controls, etc.
