Job Summary
Responsible for supporting commercial and residential accounts as they move through the collection timeline, ensuring accounts receive collection activity in timely manner. Acts as an agent for a variety of ticket types, chat, and aging accounts. Establishes rapport and promotes effective relationships, upholding the company's commitment to the customer experience through our programs such as Net Promoter System (NPS), and the Customer Guarantee. Relates well to the customer and demonstrates a favorable image of the organization through effective use of soft skills (including active listening and problem-solving skills), professional communications, and internal / external customer interactions. Acts in the best interest of both the customer and company. Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures. This is a remote position. Someone with experience working in a remote environment is preferred. Candidates will need to have a flexible schedule to work M-Sat anytime between the hours of 8am - 8pm EST.

Compensation
Base Pay : $15.00
Base pay is one part of the total rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus. Additionally, Comcast provides best-in-class benefits to eligible employees.
