This position plays a critical role in supporting research operations by ensuring proper care, handling, and housing of laboratory animals, while maintaining a clean and compliant facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily husbandry tasks including cleaning, cage changes, sanitization, and equipment preparation.
• Handle and care for research animals in compliance with local, federal, and USDA regulations.
• Receive, house, and monitor animals while ensuring proper documentation in written and electronic systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through consistent observation and attention to detail.
• Collaborate in a team-based setting to support animal welfare and operational efficiency.
