Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS, ensuring accurate data entry for job changes and employee lifecycle events
Manage full-cycle recruiting and coordinate onboarding plans with department leaders
Administer employee engagement programs and maintain electronic employee records while supporting compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a People Generalist or HR Generalist role
Proven experience managing or maintaining an HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now
Solid understanding of HR practices and compliance requirements
Familiarity with recruiting tools such as JazzHR and LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
