Technical Recruiting Director, Ledgent Technology
We are hiring a Web Manager to start immediately.
This is a direct hire position, hybrid on site (2 days on site, 3 days remote) in Brea, CA
Salary is around 130k to 160k / year might be flexible for the right candidate
We are looking for someone who has solid managerial experience, as you will be managing 7 Direct and Indirect reports, which is a mix of developers and creative marketing individuals (SEO / Digital Marketing)
But this position also needs to be a hands on full stack developer with solid experience with PHP / Magento
You will be the final escalation point for any technical problems for the website
The Web Manager is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to leverage company's website to drive traffic as well as other marketing initiatives. This position will be involved in global web strategies and streamline the end user experience, manage and measure the implementation of digital marketing strategies, etc. The Web Manager works with Digital Marketing Team to establish and monitor metrics to guide the website and digital marketing efforts. This position is also responsible for integrating micro sites with other tools across the Company including the CRM, product catalogue and promotional program information.
