Job Description
Our Center Medical Director lead single-site medical centers supported by comprehensive care teams, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional quality of care rather than high service volume. Our value-based care model and competitive bonus structure reward positive outcomes, reduce hospital admissions, promote preventive medicine, and ensure outstanding patient experience.
We’re seeking Center Medical Directors who are deeply motivated to deliver exceptional, compassionate care to older adults.
Required Qualifications :
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (Or board eligible)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
