Inventory Clerk
The Inventory Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth material flow within our food and beverage manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for executing inventory control processes, conducting routine cycle counts, clearing inventory discrepancies, and utilizing Excel and ERP systems for reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of traceability and compliance in food processing operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain clear and organized records of inventory movements and adjustments.
- Clear obsolete or inaccurate inventory from systems in compliance with internal controls.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report inventory data trends.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to support material needs and inventory replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO and food safety protocols.
- Assist in audits and support documentation for regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP).
- Identify process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Support data entry and reporting using ERP or warehouse management software.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in forklift operation.Experience in inventory control and management.Strong computer skills, particularly with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent data entry capabilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
