Job descriptionA MD or DO licensed (or license-eligible) in Massachusetts. Committed to delivering high-quality, culturally competent care in a fast-paced, community health setting. At least two years of clinical experience as an NP / PA in community health, public health, or trauma-informed care is highly valued. What You'll Do :
- Deliver patient-centered, trauma-informed, and affirming primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of providers, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators.
- Champion equity by providing care that respects and affirms the identities, lived experiences, and challenges of each patient.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement and contribute to our integrated model of care, which includes HIV services, behavioral health, and gender-affirming care.

This is a union position in a Fenway Health bargaining unit represented by 1199 SEIU United Healthcare Workers East.
