Cart Attendant
As a key member of the property's golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the Head Golf Pro and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
- Must have strong customer / guest orientation
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred
- Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
Position Responsibilities :
Maintains professional appearanceBrings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the dayCleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as requiredCleans and maintains cart barnEnsures the carts are available for player use at all timesReceives and communicates complaints to the Golf ShopWorks closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournamentsImplements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor or managerEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
