• HHS / OIG search required.
• GSA search required.
• Social security number trace required.
• 1 step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray required.
• SAM search required.
• Negative drug screen results.
• Physical required.
• Fire safety card (every 4 years).

Description :

The position is for a Physical Therapy Assistant.

The assistant will work Monday through Friday during the day shift.

Candidate must be available for a guaranteed 32 hours each week.

All required documentation must be provided for consideration.
