Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with deep expertise in mechatronics, robotics, and automation systems. This is a hands-on, high-tech role supporting advanced equipment such as conveyors, CNC machinery, and systems used in engine camshaft production. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of industrial experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair conveyor systems, robotic equipment, and CNC machinery

Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues across high-tech systems

Perform diagnostics and repairs without a journeyman card (equivalent experience accepted)

Support precision operations in engine component manufacturing

Work flexible hours and participate in overtime as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong electrical background and proven mechanical aptitude

Hands-on experience with mechatronics, robotics, and automated systems

Must have worked in industrial environments (residential or commercial-only experience will not be considered)

Candidates with farm or family farm experience involving machinery are encouraged to apply

Willingness to work overtimetotal compensation may exceed base rate

Candidates should be able to clearly explain :

Types of machines they have worked on

Nature of repairs performed

A specific troubleshooting challenge and how it was resolved

Additional assets :

Technical education or certifications (not required but beneficial)

Journeyman card is not required if experience is equivalent
