The Carpet Cleaning Supervisor oversees aircraft carpet cleaning operations to ensure compliance with aviation cleanliness and safety standards. This role manages a team of cleaners, provides training and direction, inspects completed work for quality, maintains cleaning supplies and inventory, and coordinates with airline and airport staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

What It's Like To Work As A Carpet Cleaner Supervisor

• Supervise a team of aircraft carpet cleaners and provide leadership to ensure high performance
• Verify all carpet cleaning procedures adhere to aviation cleanliness standards and safety regulations
• Train new staff on proper carpet cleaning techniques, stain removal, and use of cleaning equipment
• Inspect aircraft carpets for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair issues
• Manage inventory of carpet cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Develop and implement efficient carpet cleaning schedules to minimize aircraft downtime
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of carpet cleanliness
• Liaise with airline representatives and airport staff to coordinate cleaning requirements
