• Providing direct patient care to individuals receiving hemodialysis.\n
• Conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and responding to patient needs.\n
• Building relationships by understanding patients' comprehensive needs to facilitate recovery.\n
• Educating staff on hemodialysis techniques, equipment, and standards of care.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.\n
• CPR certification is required.\n
• ACLS certification must be obtained within one year of hire.\n
• CRRN certification is preferred; we can assist with obtaining it if needed.\n
• At least 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required.\n
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.
