- Providing direct patient care to individuals receiving hemodialysis.\n
- Conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and responding to patient needs.\n
- Building relationships by understanding patients' comprehensive needs to facilitate recovery.\n
- Educating staff on hemodialysis techniques, equipment, and standards of care.\n\nQualifications : \n
- Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.\n
- CPR certification is required.\n
- ACLS certification must be obtained within one year of hire.\n
- CRRN certification is preferred; we can assist with obtaining it if needed.\n
- At least 6 months of dialysis nursing experience is required.\n
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is preferred.
