Open to a week on / week off. 8am-5pm day shift

No Call

Clinic and scheduled procedures only

APC support in clinic

Day 1 orientation, EPIC support

Ideally looking for a total of 1.0FTE so with that model, perhaps we could find 2 or 3 providers to rotate

Clinic and procedure setting

Facility will accept multiple providers

Admissions Required
