HiFyve is hiring a Machinery Technician in the Heavy Equipment Industry across multiple locations!
Salary : $35.00 – $43.00 / hr
Location : Onsite
Schedule : Full-time, 7am - 3 : 30pm M-F
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance on Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar construction equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems with limited supervision
- Disassemble and reassemble components, engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems according to specs
- Document inspections, diagnostics, and completed repairs in compliance with Foley procedures
- Assist with parts research and ordering; communicate directly with parts department
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces in compliance with contamination control and HAZMAT safety standards
- Adapt to new technologies, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques as needed
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly secured at the end of shift
