Job Title : Lemon Law Attorney

Salary Range : $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 + Bonus

Schedule : Monday-Friday (Hybrid Available)

Your Role Will Include :

Assessing the validity and strength of lemon law claims under California statutes.

Providing expert legal advice and support to clients navigating defective vehicle claims.

Reviewing repair records, warranty terms, and documentation to establish case merit.

Conducting client consultations and maintaining open, professional communication throughout the case lifecycle.

Crafting and implementing effective legal strategies to pursue remedies, including

refunds, replacements, or settlements.

Diligently researching state and federal laws relevant to lemon law cases.

Skillfully negotiating settlements or preparing for arbitration, mediation, or trial.
