The Role : Producer
We are looking for a seasoned producer to lead the development of large-scale Web3 Productions.
Responsibilities :
- Source creators and creative IP
- Conceptualize and develop big ideas that are possible only through innovative web3 technology and user experiences
- Successfully move big ideas from concept to executive green light
- Manage production process - working cross functionally across product, design, marketing, engineering, legal, finance, and executive teams
- End to end ownership of creator relationship, act as a strategic and commercial thought partner for creators / creative IP as projects move from concept to distribution and into growth phase
- Ensure integrity of idea and production, regardless of the challenges and changes that are inherent to any production process
- Manage production PnL, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth trajectory

This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package.
