Nifty Gateway Studio is a Web3 Entertainment Studio known for ground breaking, creative experiences with leading artists like Sam Spratt Monument Games, Pak’s Merge, Beeple’s Everydays and mass market web3 programming with Starbucks and Samsung.

The Role : Producer

We are looking for a seasoned producer to lead the development of large-scale Web3 Productions.

Responsibilities :

• Source creators and creative IP
• Conceptualize and develop big ideas that are possible only through innovative web3 technology and user experiences
• Successfully move big ideas from concept to executive green light
• Manage production process - working cross functionally across product, design, marketing, engineering, legal, finance, and executive teams
• End to end ownership of creator relationship, act as a strategic and commercial thought partner for creators / creative IP as projects move from concept to distribution and into growth phase
• Ensure integrity of idea and production, regardless of the challenges and changes that are inherent to any production process
• Manage production PnL, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth trajectory

Qualifications :

It Pays to Work Here The compensation & benefits package for this role includes :

Salary Range : The base salary range for this role is between $122,000 - $152,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
