You will be responsible for being our key strategic Business Development Specialist to acquire new client accounts and sourcing for their positions. And most importantly, you will contribute to the growth of the business through effective delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Prospect new B2B leads from various online channels and existing databases using various media materials and communication methods
• Connect with both domestic and global tech product / service / outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish long-term partnerships
• Handle full lifecycle recruitment tasks for the client, including sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and managing the client expectations.
