Associate, General Merchandising

The Associate, General Merchandising plays a key role in developing and executing merchandising plans to maximize sales and profitability. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience by making informed assortment decisions using data analysis and market trend evaluation. This role involves growing sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. You will contribute to setting and executing strategies for product categories, negotiating effectively with suppliers, and driving process improvements.
