A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager - Field East.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy people strategies to enhance talent selection, development, and retention

Support business continuity and team member well-being during crises

Manage change processes and partner with HR teams for harmonization across regions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience

Knowledge of employment law, compensation, succession planning, and employee engagement

Understanding of data analysis and ability to develop insights

Field HR experience and certification in HR (HRCI or SHRM) preferred

Experience in fast-paced, multi-unit environments
