Job Requirements

Requirements

At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years); higher-level acuity experience preferred but strong Med / Surg considered

Current Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)

Associate Degree in Nursing required ; BSN preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA) required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required

Benefits

Schedule & Benefits

Shift : Nights (7p–7a), rotating weekends

Shift Differentials : $4.25 nights, $3 weekends

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for night shift
