Are you ready to make a difference in the Operating Room? We're looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist I for our General Specialty Evening Shift at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, located at 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215. This is your opportunity to be part of an innovative and exceptional healthcare team!

What We Offer :

Salary Range : $26.10 - $39.15, based on experience and qualifications.
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus available with distance-based relocation!
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for PM Shifts at ASLMC!

Your Role :

Prepare sterile environments and support surgical procedures with aseptic technique.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient operation of the operating room.

Assist the surgical team by anticipating needs and providing necessary instruments and supplies.

Transport patients and equipment, performing patient positioning tasks safely.

What You Need :

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire.

No prior experience required - we welcome new graduates!

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Must be comfortable with exposure to various hazards and capable of using protective gear.
