Location : tlanta, GA (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days / week)

Duration : 1 Year Contract

Job Summary :

We are hiring an experienced UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Lead to support a large-scale health insurance system project. You will lead end-to-end UAT efforts including test planning, scenario creation, coordination with multiple vendors and stakeholders, defect tracking, and reporting. This role ensures the system meets business needs and complies with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, PHI, PII).

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage UAT strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Coordinate and oversee test execution across vendors and partners.
• Track defects, lead triage calls, and ensure resolution.
• Communicate test progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and system readiness for launch.
