Position Overview

FlexAI is seeking an exceptional Chief Architect to lead the design and development of our AI software stack, ensuring it is optimized for large-scale training and inference workloads. This role will drive technical strategy, define architectural frameworks, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver world-class AI solutions.

We are looking for a high-level AI expert with 15+ years of experience in software / systems development and 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in AI solutions architecture. This is a key technical leadership role with significant influence on FlexAI’s AI software ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Lead the architecture of FlexAI’s AI software stack, ensuring it supports scalable, efficient, and high-performance AI training and inference.
• Define and drive technical strategy for AI workloads, including model training, inference, and deployment across distributed environments.
• Optimize deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) for performance, elasticity, and reliability at scale.
• Design and implement AI compute orchestration strategies that leverage a mix of cloud, on‑prem, and specialized hardware (GPUs, TPUs, custom accelerators).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align software and hardware roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration between AI workloads and FlexAI’s infrastructure.
• Evaluate and implement innovations in distributed AI computing, parallelization techniques, and high‑performance AI model execution.
• Guide engineering teams by setting best practices, conducting design reviews, and mentoring senior engineers.
• Represent FlexAI externally in AI / ML communities, conferences, and technical discussions with partners and stakeholders.
