Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Project Manager / Sr Principal Project Manager with the technical expertise, background, and people skills to coordinate and perform a wide range of program planning and business management efforts within the STT Team. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program. Relocation assistance may be offered for this position.
What You'll Get To Do : The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Test Strategy Pivot (TSP) efforts within the System Test Team. Candidate will lead the execution of specific working groups within the Test Strategy Pivot, focusing primarily on test execution within the System Test IPT but across all Segment / IPT Sentinel Test teams. The candidate will support a diverse Test Engineering team responsible for the program realignment. The position requires an organizational skillset with knowledge of creating new processes and tools. The candidate must act with speed to overcome obstacles and resolve issues. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate sound metrics management and the ability to effectively communicate to the Test Strategy Pivot program leadership. This position's standard work schedule is a 9 / 80. The 9 / 80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range : $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $98,100.00 - $147,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
